We also have two positions on the Board up for election this year. Howard Melton and Dale Wilson have completed their two year term. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please contact the office for more information. Your community thanks you!
REMINDER
March 14th begins Daylight Savings Time. Don’t forget to move your clocks ahead!
BUTTERFLY GARDEN
We are sure many of you have enjoyed our beautiful butterfly garden behind the playground by the club house. It has grown very nicely with an abundance of Butterflies and Caterpillars! Throughout the year, it requires trimming of plants to keep the garden neat. The last clean up was such a huge success. So many people turned out to help that it was done in just a couple of hours. With Spring and time for growth right around the corner, we will be scheduling another garden trimming in the near future. Please look for further information in the April Pipeline.
NEXT BULK PICK UP: THURSDAY MARCH 4th & APRIL 8th

CLUBHOUSE RENTALS & GARBAGE REMOVAL:
When using the clubhouse, it is the resident’s responsibility to remove all garbage bags from the premises. They are not permitted to be left on the swales in front of the clubhouse, even if they are in blue bags. Garbage pickup is not until Monday and Thursday evening and garbage is not permitted on the swales until Sunday and Tuesday night.

The City of Plantation will begin issuing citations for commercial vehicles parked in residential areas when work is not being performed. For Code Enforcement please call, 954-797-2267.
GARBAGE AND BULK PICK UP:
It is unacceptable to leave garbage, bulk waste, and yard debris on your swales for days. Garbage bags and bulk pick up items can only be placed curb side the night before pickup is scheduled. Not only does this prevent outsiders from roaming our streets looking for odds and ends, it also keeps the properties from looking disagreeable.
Please be sure to keep yard debris, broken furniture, old signs, and the like stored in your garage or back yard until the night before bulk pick up. Remember not to leave these items leaning against the sides of your home where they can be seen from the street.
