EL DORADO HOMES FOR SALE: UPDATE
The board wanted to give everyone an update on the abandoned property located at 341 El Dorado Parkway. This property has been vacant for well over a year. The house is in shambles, the pool is green, the roof is leaking, the lawn is out of control, and there is a severe rat infestation.
Thankfully the property has recently been sold and they working on fixing it up as we speak. You will notice the roof being repaired in the coming days. We all look forward to having the eye sore transform back into the lovely home it use to be.
SAYING GOODBYE TO PAT MATHERS
We would like to take a moment to let you all know that Pat Mathers has resigned from US Security and will no longer be guarding our neighborhood. He asked that we let you all know that he enjoyed working with us for the four years he was here. He had great interactions with many of the residents in our community and he will carry that with him. He asked that we inform you all that his problems were only with US Security and had nothing to do with El Dorado. He is had continued great health since his heart attack late last year and would rather spend his time with his wife.
DROP OFFS MADE AT GUARD HOUSE
US Security has asked us to notify all residents that they will no longer be accepting checks or payment for association dues or clubhouse rentals at the guard house. They do not want to be responsible for handling payments.
You may still drop off pipeline ads, clubhouse applications, and other correspondences at the guard house and they will happily drop them at the office for you. Please do not drop off any form of payment at the guard house. The office door has a mail slot that is easily accessible for all such drop offs.
You may still also pick up clubhouse applications and change approval forms from the guard house.
NEXT BULK PICK UP: THURSDAY August 5th & September 9th
OFFICE CLOSED AUGUST 10th -15th
The El Dorado Office will be closed from Tuesday, August 10th through Sunday, August 15th. It w ill reopen at 9:30 am on Monday, August 16th.
If you need something taken care of during that time, please contact a board member listed on the front page of this newsletter.
If your question can wait until the 16th, please feel free to call the office and leave a message and Jennifer will call you back on Monday.
TREES ON EL DORADO PARKWAY
As many of you know Susan Melton has been working very diligently with the city to come up with a solution to the “Y” cut trees in the median going down El Dorado Parkway.
While doing so, she was made aware, by fellow resident, Sandy Falter, of a program that the city is offering. They are willing to plant trees in the swale of your property for only $100 each!
You all may have noticed a green flyer going around in your mailbox as well as enclosed in this edition of Pipeline. Please read this flyer for more information on what you can do to take advantage of this great offer from the city while adding beauty to your property as well as the neighborhood.
Thank you to all of the volunteers who have so graciously spent their time delivering the flyers. Your dedication to the beautification of the neighborhood is what makes this such a wonderful community!
TENNIS COURT
We would like to take a moment to remind everyone that children and teens are at no time permitted to ride bikes, skateboards, ripsticks, and /or roller skates on the tennis courts. If the guards see them there using these items, they will be asked to leave the court. Of course children and teens are permitted to use the court for tennis.
The courts were just repaired and resurfaced last year and we are trying to maintain their appearance as long as possible.
We thank you for understanding.

GARBAGE AND BULK PICK UP:
It is unacceptable to leave garbage, bulk waste, and yard debris on your swales for days. Garbage bags and bulk pick up items can only be placed curb side the night before pickup is scheduled.
